I have been a satisfied Honda owner for the past 9 years, changing my car every 3 years. Having decided to downsize I visited Macklin Motors Darnley and was served by two Sales Executive. They were fabulous (patient, explanatory and not pushy) and so I have ordered a new Yaris Cross AWDi.

Bought a new Tucson from the above dealership and they could not do enough to advise me and to make the car exchange go smoothly. Have to give 10 out of 10 to the Sales Executive for keeping me informed all the way through.

We found ourselves in a pickle when our car broke down and was not worth fixing. So after a bit of research we visited Macklin Motors, Hyundai West where we met the Sales Executive. They put us straight at ease when we shared our predicament, they spoke with us about our needs for a car, budget and talked us through the different specifications. They were able to find us the car we wanted, in a short space of time. They kept communication up with us whilst we waited for the car, keeping us updated along the way. When the day came to pick up our new car, they were on hand finalising the paperwork and showing us round the car ensuring we were happy and that we knew how everything operated. We cannot thank them enough, they were a big help and a credit to the company. When we want to upgrade in a few years we will be back. In the mean time we will see you for the services.

I bought a car on Friday from a Sales Executive who went above and beyond to ensure it all went as smoothly as possible. Within days we had the car the traded in and were driving away in the new one. I just wanted to give some feedback on the amazing experience I had recently in your store in Glasgow which was all down to the two Sales Executives. From the very first contact they were extremely helpful, kind and informative and nothing was too much of a bother for them. They made the process of me getting my car seamless and provided exceptional customer service at all times. All my previous experiences of car garages in Edinburgh were pretty awful and I was really dreading trying to find a new car however I really honestly couldn't be happier with how it all went. We had a fantastic buying experience from the Sales Executive. The Sales Executive was very good in listening to our requirements and exceeding our expectations. We felt at ease and no pressure in making any decision and felt like we could be honest with them. Normally car sales executives are stereotyped as an area of concern and heavy pressure, however with more people like the sales executive we dealt with car sales executives won't be given a bad name! We were very well looked after and felt very welcome, especially as we were coming all the way from Coventry, England to buy the vehicle. I didn't think I'd ever say this, but I will be calling the Sales Executive next time I buy a car! Keep it up!
