i am a motability customer and have been for about 15 years. recently i took delivery of my new Ford Torneo. I can quite honestly say that i have never been so reassured, i was kept up to date and free of unkempt promises. The Sales Team treated me with respect and dignity. Very well done and they are to commended as they are true ambassadors for your company.

My experience with the Advisor who was dealing with me was positive and stress free from beginning to end. He helped me ensure the car was suitable for my needs and kept me up to date with information between ordering and taking delivery of my new car. He has called me a few times to make sure everything with the car is as it should be and if I did have any problems I would not hesitate to contact him for help/advice. The Team were absolutely amazing at making me feel at ease, and I really felt as though they weren't just out to "get a sale" - that they genuinely wanted to ensure I was happy and taken care of throughout the phases of the buying process. They strived to ensure I was at all times pleased with the service and ensured me that I could let them know of any issues or worries I had, and they would do what they could to alleviate them. They were fantastic help throughout, and always had a smile on their face - I have complete trust in them. All in all they are/were fantastic, genuine, and I will be recommending to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle from a dealership - couldn't get better service and couldn't be happier with them. Your salesman and your General Manager are a credit to your company. The Manager single handed turned a bad experience in to a positive one, which resulted in me purchasing a car. The Salesman was my point of contact during test drives & came across as genuinely interested. He wasn't pushy and never hurried us. The updates we had whilst the car was away for repair were timely and as expected. I would recommend to any of our friends.

The friendly helpfulness of the Reception Team and all the other staff members whom I dealt with was outstanding The car needed new wiper blades and they were obtained within 24 hours and fitted instantly when I called back at Macklins the next day. I enjoyed waiting on the car being serviced, it was nice to have some spare time to have a few coffees in the Coffee Shop, catch up on my emails and read a newspaper. I particularly enjoyed receiving an email on my phone which described the vehicle checking progress and showed under the car and the general condition of the tyres which I found very interesting. Receiving the car back, in valeted condition, especially the alloy wheels, was very much appreciated. Everything was excellent and I have no suggestions whatsoever for improvement. - I should add that the contact centre team at Macklins HQ are always friendly and courteous and make booking an appointment as simple and flexible as possible. Having been a motability customer in the past i haven't had one for a couple of years as i didn't think i felt the need to have one. Now that i do require a vehicle to get me out and about i was hesitant to go back to the previous dealer as i thought the service was shocking i then came across your advert in the paper with the friendly look of Macklin Ford in Hamilton who i noticed did home visits i proceeded to call and make an appointment for a home visit and when i spoke to a Sales Executive, he couldn't be more than helpful get me on the road again. Since collecting my car today which i may add was looking lovely all cleaned and ready to go i will definitely be using the services of Macklin Ford again
