I wanted to take the opportunity to recognise the service provided by Billy. He was the Motability specialist and was immediately sensitive to our situation. He took the time to sit down and chat with us as this was our first time using the Motability scheme.

Throughout the process, we were kept up to date with everything that was happening and any queries we had. Billy was more than happy to help us.
