I was looking to purchase a Nissan Juke when I visited Macklin Motors Nissan Glasgow. I dealt with Eva, and I honestly have never experienced such impeccable customer service.

She was so friendly, helpful and willing to work with us to secure a deal on the car. She has been in constant communication with myself and was always a step ahead in ensuring paperwork, insurance, collection times etc went smoothly.

I cannot recommend Eva enough as an excellent Saleswoman, having worked as a sales executive myself previous to teaching, it takes great interpersonal skills to sell cars in a challenging climate. This branch is definitely on the ball. The Manager also came over to thank us too.
I think Eva and the staff at the branch deserve a treat as I will certainly be spreading the word and hope to bring them repeat business!

I recently purchased a new Mazda CX5 SE-L from your Macklin Motors Mazda Hamilton showroom and have to advise that it was without doubt the best experience I have had when purchasing a new car!

My dealings were with Scott and from the start to the end of the sales process he put my wife and me at ease. He was, informative, knowledgable, courteous and was not in the slightest "pushy". He also kept us informed with regards the delivery of the car and suggested money and time saving options. At the handover he spent considerable time explaining all the controls.

It would be fair to say that Scott's manner and the way he went about his business convinced us to buy the Mazda.

I purchased a hyundai i30 from your Macklin Motors calder road dealership.The salesmans who attended myself and my husband was called Stephen, I would just like to say the experience i had with stephens service was exceptional. He had myself and my husband sold on this particular car within 10 minutes off talking to us. I have never had a hyundai before but the car is everything we were looking for. I would have no hesitation buying another car from this guy in a minute.

Went to the Hyundai dealership at seafield in Edinburgh to order my new IX35 SE. The service that we experienced from the staff was second to none. Being a motability customer there motability specialist knew exactly what he was talking about he was well informed about all the deals that were available at the time.
