My car was in for a service and MOT and your member of staff Christine dealt with me from booking my car in to collecting it. Christine was very pleasant and chatty, she even walked me to the front door and thanked me for my custom while also as informing me about some new devices for the new ford cars.

The facilities available to customers who choose to wait for their car being serviced are great. Your car comes back to your sparking clean!!! I also pay towards a service plan every month and it is so much cheaper than your competitors. Well done Macklin Motors on your first rate staff and excellent value for money when using a service plan!

Having brought my Motabiity car in...I was completely satisfied with the overall way in which the whole experience went.from picking up replacement car to getting a call to uplift my own car... I can say I would have no problems in coming back or even recommending this dealership to any of my friends looking to replace their own car. Even waiting to be attended was met with take a seat will be with you shortly, then apologising for keeping me waiting... total satisfaction and then picking up my car to see it had been valeted was a complete joy.

I banged my wing mirror and popped the casing. I took it up to the dealership during my lunchbreak where a couple of members of staff managed to fix it there and then. This is a great standard of service I've come to expect from Macklin Motors since buying my car last year. Thanks very much.
