I am writing to you to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to your Hamilton service team.
I purchased a Ford Mondeo that unfortunately developed a steering fault that required the rack to be changed under warranty.

Soon after fitting it was clearly evident that the steering precision and handling had been significantly negatively impacted by the fact that an after-market part had been fitted. While i understand the need to keep warranty costs under control i logged a complaint against the fitting of an after-market part on such a critical component related to the driveability and enjoyment of the car.

I wish you to know that I am delighted with the service I have received from Neil and the team in Hamilton and I have called them to express my thanks.
