I wanted to take the time to praise the knowledge of one of your staff. His works in new car sales in the Darnley branch. He took a lot of time explaining the various Nissan Juke models to my Mum and arranged a test drive . He explained all the features and was extremely professional. He ensured he provided us with different and varied payment plans to suit our needs and was extremely polite and well mannered and not pushy. I hope that this can be passed to the branch as we feel he set an excellent example to your company.

Having had my car now for just over a month, I would like to it is the best car I have had! I would also like the thank the motability specialist for arranging this car for me and also looking after me during the whole process. He was very courteous and polite and is a credit to motability. When i'm due to change in 3 years, I will make sure to see him to arrange this for me.

I have to say the customer service was fantastic. The Executive who dealt with me looked after our needs, wants and desires, he was friendly, warm and very trusting. Definitely an asset to the company, until speaking to him my customer service experience had been poor elsewhere but he restored my faith, so much so that when returning with my daughter we asked for him.
