Completely step free! The Christmas Tree Maze is designed for all to enjoy. So, all paths are either flat or ramps are provided. With disabled parking close by, there’s nothing stopping you enjoy all Edinburgh’s Christmas Treet Maze has to offer.
The Snowman Christmas Concert in Glasgow
Get ready for the Royal Scottish National Orchestra’s incredible performance of The Snowman.
Packed full of your favourite singalongs and the all-time favourite Christmas classic - The Snowman film itself. Shown on the big screen, the Orchestra accompanies this heartfelt film, putting a new twist on an old favourite.

It sure is! The concert hall is wheelchair accessible from the venue’s north entrance on Killermont Street. Also the building’s lifts provide access to every floor. With several disabled toilets available and assistance dogs welcome, the concert hall is a brilliant venue. Simply enjoy all your favourite performances.
Crathes Christmas Fair
Join the festive celebrations of Crathes Christmas Fair in a tented village in the beautiful grounds of Crathes Castle.
Offering charming wares from across the whole of Scotland, you’re sure to find the perfect additions to your Christmas gifts. Including botanical spirits, local artwork, hand-forged metal work and organic beauty products.
Auld Smokey will be a welcome choice for your lunch with their wood fired pizzas. Nae bad will be providing their delicious cakes and paninis, along with teas, coffees and hot chocolate.

Is it accessible?
Yes, it is! Thanks to the fair taking place in the wheelchair accessible gardens under a tented village. So all the attractions, gardens and ground floor of the property are all accessible.

Edinburgh Hogmanay
Hogmanay is generally regarded as one of the most important Scottish holidays, so make it big!
Four days of incredible events keep Scotland busy. Including the Concert in the Gardens with headliners Texas and special guest Callum Beattie. Enjoy a wide variety of street performances at the world-famous Street Party. Even live bands, food and drinks and firework displays.
There’s also a Torchlight Procession for an utterly atmospheric experience to make the impression of a lifetime.

It is! The Hogmanay is continuing the accessible viewpoint opened last year, located at the bottom of Castle Street. With another dedicated accessible entrance for direct access. Be sure to contact organisers to reserve one of these limited spaces and enjoy a truly unforgettable experience.

Stonehaven Fireballs at Stonehaven Harbour
The celebrations don’t end on the 25th December!
For a great night out for New Years Eve, come and witness a spectacular sight. A troupe of fire performers swinging balls of fire, creating patterns in the air and lighting up the night sky.
The Stonehaven Fireball event begins with a walk down the High Street, ending at the harbour with an impressive firework display.

Is it accessible?
Of course! The Stonehaven Fireball display offers an accessible viewing point on the High Street near the junction of King Street.
On arrival at the event a steward will escort you to the viewing area where you can witness the fireball and firework spectacle in its full glory.
If you wish to join this event, the organisers ask you contact them to let them know in advance, so they can prepare for your visit.
