Dacia Duster named 'Car of the Year' and 'Best Small SUV'

- Dacia itself was named ‘Best Value Brand’ for sixth year at the Auto Trader New Car Awards 2024.

Dacia swept the Auto Trader New Car Awards clean this year. By taking away several sought-after awards, they have proved themselves the people’s car manufacturer.
The Dacia Duster has been awarded both ‘Car of the Year’ and ‘Best Small SUV’ in Auto Express’ car ownership opinion poll. Owners were impressed not only with the price but also the amount of kit the Duster comes with. Labelling it as, “Cheap to buy but loaded with bits such as climate control and heated seats”.
Now holding over 20 UK industry awards the popular Duster is no flash in the pan. Even more impressive is that many of these results come from 200,000 UK polled car owners. Dacia combines affordable, robust cars with fun ownership and great features. This car manufacturer is truly listening to the public when creating their range.
Named as the ‘Best Value Brand’ for its sixth year, Dacia strives to make their range affordable but not at the cost of enjoyable ownership.
Also in Dacia’s range, the Dacia Sandero Stepway, takes away ‘Best Value Car’ for the second year in a row. At a £15,295 on-the-road price, you’d expect a very basic spec car, but the Sandero Stepway exceeds your expectations.
