Dacia Spring: successful new EV arrives in the UK to standing ovation
Successful new EV, the Dacia Spring, has managed to bag ‘Most Eagerly Awaited Electrified Car of 2024’ and ‘EV Deal of the Century’ awards.
Available at an incredible on-the-road price of £14,995, the all-electric hatchback will be arriving later this year.

TopGear.com Electric Awards 2024 has awarded ‘EV Deal of the Century’ to the well-deserved Dacia Spring. Ollie Marriage, the Head of Car Testing at TopGear.com described the car as “charming”, “engaging” and “makes you smile”. Keeping it simple with two trim levels, Expression or Extreme, the All-New Dacia Spring is kitted out with plenty of gear apiece. Choose from a 45hp or 65hp motor for your Spring, which offers up to 186 miles (WLTP). Thanks to its relatively small but capable 26.8kWh battery you can charge to full in just four hours off a 7kW home charger.
