Ford Puma Is Named 2020 Car Of The Year
The Ford Puma has scooped up two awards at this year’s What Car? awards ceremony.
Named Best Small SUV and Car of the Year, here’s why the Puma was crowned the winner!
Judges found that the Puma was ‘fun to drive’ and well-packed with the latest technology, which is all included in the exceptional price! Its mild-hybrid technology showcased fantastic fuel economy, creating a greener and more efficient option for customers to choose.
Although the Ford Puma is a small SUV, it is extremely practical, with extra space in the back and the ability to fit 5 adults in, comfortably. The attention to detail in the design of the seats has created a supportive structure to keep passengers comfortable on every journey.
The boot is also an impressive feature that was picked up by the What Car? judges. Split into two levels, the top level allows for 6 carry on suitcases to be loaded in, whilst a further two can be stored on the bottom level. Also located on the second level of the boot is a well, which allows for items to be kept upright, making transporting easier!
Agile and nippy, the Puma is super fun to drive! It has the power to reach 0-60mph in less than 9 seconds, whilst manoeuvring is a breeze with exceptional handling, which is ideal for squeezing into tight parking spaces or cornering with ease.
Designed for you to get the most out of everyday life, the all-new Ford Puma is bold, sophisticated and adaptable. Stylish, practical and efficient, it’s no surprise that the Puma won both accolades, due to it excelling in all areas that are important to consumers.
This is the 6th time Ford has driven away with the prestigious award, with the Ford Fiesta being the last Car of the Year for the brand back in 2009.
