Hyundai Launches All-New i20 N Line
After the unveiling of the all-new i20 earlier this year, Hyundai has now revealed the N Line model, which features performance-inspired enhancements to the exterior and interior.
Combining the intelligence and safety features of the iconic i20 with the sporty and high-performing style of the N range, it’s the first time the N Line trim will be available across the i20 range.
Andreas-Christoph Hofmann, Vice President Marketing and Product at Hyundai Motor Europe, explained: “With the all-new i20 N Line, we are bringing our stylish and sporty trim option to the i20 for the first time. With this new model, we are ensuring we can meet the needs of an even wider customer base by offering exclusive performance-styling inspired by our N brand to emphasise the motorsport roots of our brand.”
Let’s take a closer look at the New Hyundai i20 N Line.
Exterior
Based on the brand’s ‘Sensuous Sportiness’ design philosophy, the New i20 N Line is sporty, sleek and seriously suave.
The silhouette is carefully sculpted to enhance the performance-inspired style, with the front grille taking inspiration from the chequered race flag and the sporty grey accents and piercing headlights establishing a dynamic look.
Customers can choose from four colour options including, Phantom Black, Polar White and Aurora Grey, to finish off the sporty design.
Interior
Hyundai has brought the race track to the interior, with the iconic N-branded sports seats and steering wheel, making drivers feel like a true sports star.
The red stitch detail adds a luxury finish to the upholstery, with comfort maximised and experience enhanced with the ambient lighting and subtle design elements.
Technology
Following in the same tracks as the i20, the N Line model is fully equipped with Hyundai’s Bluelink Technology and SmartSense safety for optimum protection and better connectivity.
Performance
Featuring a 1.0-litre T-GDI 120PS engine, the new i20 N Line will be just as powerful as the rest of the N Line range.
When it comes to suspension, response and sound, Hyundai has worked hard to refine these aspects to improve the overall driving experience and deliver a first-class performance.
Mild hybrid technology will also be available, which will improve efficiency, without compromising on performance.
This additional trim level means customers now have even more choice to find the right car to suit their needs and lifestyles.
