Kia Wins Feefo Platinum Trusted Service Award
The win comes after a record-selling 2022 for the manufacturer and is a true testament of their commitment to customer service.
Korean car manufacturer, Kia, has won the coveted Platinum Trusted Service Award from Feefo, an industry-leading customer review platform.
This comes after the manufacturer was awarded two Feefo Gold Awards in 2022 and 2021, with the Platinum award being given to Kia for the very first time – scoring a hattrick of consecutive wins.
Feefo uses real customer reviews and insights to recognise companies who go above and beyond with their customer service and are based on the ratings they achieve.
The award comes after Kia celebrated their largest sales year ever in 2022 – selling more than 100,000 (precisely 100,191) cars in one year for the first time.
Showing the manufacturer’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, it also demonstrates the company’s dedication to sustainable growth sales.
To win such an award is no easy feat, especially in the recent industry climate with rising inflation. Recent research from the Institute of Customer Service also showed that customer complaints had risen to about 17.3% in the second half of 2022.

Businesses are awarded one of the highest honours from Feefo after earning a Gold Trusted Service Award for three years running. The Platinum Trusted Service Award was introduced in 2019 as a certified seal of approval to demonstrate real commitment to customer service.
The award also shows customers how much their feedback is valued when leaving reviews and ratings, handing the power to customers to help shine a light on manufacturers who have succeeded in delivering great customer service.
Kia partnered with Feefo back in 2020 with the aim of providing customers with a reliable, independent feedback platform through which to share their experiences.
The reviews are authenticated by Feefo and displayed on each model page on the manufacturer’s UK website.
