Vauxhall Corsa Is the Small Car of The Year In 2023

Vauxhall Corsa supermini secured the 'Small Car of the Year' award in the awards voted by The Sun. In addition, Vauxhall has earned the prestigious title of 'Manufacturer of the Year' at the esteemed News UK Motor Awards 2023.

The New Vauxhall Corsa
The award-winning New Corsa demonstrates Vauxhall's commitment to style and technology enhancements. The highlights include:
- Distinctive Vizor front end
- Long, 246-mile fully electric range (WLTP)
- 10-inch colour touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto
- Rear parking sensors
- LED Headlights with high beam assist
The wins follow a successful year for Vauxhall. It marked significant strides in their transition towards becoming an all-electric brand by 2028. The company is set to offer an electric version for every car in its line-up by 2024. They already have an electric variant available for each van in its light commercial vehicle range.

The newly introduced Grand Sport Electric (GSe), an electrified performance sub-brand, expanded Vauxhall’s high-performance line-up. The Astra Electric and the latest version of the UK's best-selling supermini, the New Corsa, were also unveiled in 2023. In addition, Vauxhall provided a glimpse into the brand's future with the reveal of the Experimental Concept.
Vauxhall has secured its position as the UK's best-selling electric van manufacturer for second year in a row. The Vauxhall Vivaro Electric is the nation's best-selling electric Light Commercial Vehicle (e-LCV). It accounts for over 25% of electric vans sold in the UK year-to-date. Vauxhall stands out as one of the few brands to offer a fully electric variant across its entire LCV range.
Earlier this year, Vauxhall initiated the groundbreaking 'Electric Streets of Britain' campaign. It was a response to the absence of residential on-street charging in over 70% of UK councils. Vauxhall has partnered with leading charging operators to address on-street charging issues and highlight potential solutions.
