Can you please pass on my feedback to the manager/supervisor of the young woman who I spoke to this morning on the phone re my car.. She not only solved the problem for me on the phone (which then avoided me trying to find a time to get my car into the garage when I use it all day for work) she was pleasant, helpful, good humored and very respectful. A pleasure to talk to.
